What is your minimum order?
Our minimum order value is £100 subtotal (before VAT & delivery)
How do I place an order?
Within the UK
Our new ordering system is set up to help smooth the wholesale order process. You can now go to our Place Order page & simply fill out the quantities required.
Outside the UK
We welcome overseas customers to order through our downloadable order form - please see link above. If you would like to get a quote for shipping, please don't hesitate to call or email us
Shipping
The following delivery charges will be added to each order at final checkout stage once you have entered the delivery address:
UK delivery - £7.50 for orders of £249 and under
Free for orders over £250
Overseas delivery - For delivery outside of the UK, we ship at cost. Please give us a call on 01299 827 092 for a quote.
Payment
Once you place your order, you will receive confirmation immediately. We will then process the order and send you a copy of your invoice along with the tracking details you will need for DPD.
DPD orders can be tracked through the app or online with the tracking code you will receive.
Payment for your order can be made over the phone (01299 827092), by card, cheque or through Paypal
Bank transfer is preferred and the details will be listed on your invoice.
Returns & Refunds
We care about the products we sell and the service we give. It is really important to us that you are delighted with your order.
If for some reason you are not completely satisfied please return the product to us. Any refunds will be completed within 7 days. We will refund the purchase price plus your cost of sending it back to us up to a maximum of the amount you were charged for postage. Please note the postage refund will not exceed the p&p charged.
Please include the returns card and indicate if you would like a refund or a replacement.
